the location was acceptable as it allowed quick access to the beach
the staff seemed untrained i found my room wasn't cleaned and several others on my corridor also weren't cleaned this felt poor for the price i paid also i wasn't told i needed to book a table for breakfast so there was trouble finding a table

The staff was friendly and cute. They allowed me to park well before check-in time. The balcony offered a wonderful sea view, very uplifting. The room had useful facilities.
I found the price point a bit high. I could have stayed elsewhere for less. It made me question the value for money.

Breakfast included a good mix of foods and everything you could want. The cooked breakfast tasted lovely I especially enjoyed the eggs royale. The bar area was also quite nice.

The service was first class from housekeeping, reception and the restaurant. Mirshad in the restaurant provided friendly and accommodating service. Staff members were on hand to answer queries quickly and efficiently.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel has sea views and it is close to shops. i appreciated that the location was perfect as shops were on the doorstep. i also easily parked the car in the allocated space and i didn't need to use it until i left.
parking was limited, even though it was advertised as available. i expected parking to be accessible for all guests.
